What is included in CORE?+
CORE is a one-time $499 at-home blood collection kit. It ships to you, you collect at home, and a licensed clinician reviews your 90+ marker panel with you. There is no annual commitment.
How does VIP differ from CORE?+
VIP is an annual plan with four at-home kits a year — the same panel run quarterly — plus priority clinician access and concierge logistics.
What's measured in the at-home kit?+
Over 90 markers across six groups: complete blood count, metabolic and organ function, lipids and cardiovascular risk, hormone, thyroid, and nutrients and inflammation.
How does the at-home collection work?+
Your kit arrives with everything needed for a small at-home sample and prepaid return packaging. Results route to you and your clinician, usually within days of the lab receiving your sample.
How fast do results come back?+
Results are typically available 24–72 hours after the laboratory receives your sample, then reviewed with you by a licensed clinician.
Is CORE a subscription?+
No. CORE is a one-time purchase of a single at-home kit. VIP is the annual membership with four kits a year.
Can I move from CORE to VIP?+
Yes. CORE patients can enroll in VIP at any time; your CORE panel becomes the baseline the quarterly trend is read against.
Can I pause my VIP membership?+
Yes. VIP members may pause for up to 60 days within their annual cycle while retaining portal access and historical data.
Is the portal available now?+
The portal is in early access for members. Lab history, protocol tracking, and physician messaging are live; wearable integrations and AI insights are in development.
