Data Deletion Instructions.

REVRCEL LLC respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from REVRCEL services, including data collected through our website, patient portal, ambassador platform, and any social-media-connected features (such as Facebook or Instagram login and publishing integrations).

How to request deletion

• Email support@revrcel.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account, or
• If you have a REVRCEL portal account, sign in and contact support through your account settings.

What happens next

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 days.
• We will delete or de-identify your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, medical records retention requirements for telehealth services, or financial records required for tax and accounting purposes).
• Data received through Facebook, Instagram, or other social integrations (such as account identifiers and connection metadata) is deleted as part of this process, and any active social connections are revoked.
• We will confirm completion of your request by email.
