How it works
Four stages, in order.
Request
Your file moves to review. Nothing is prescribed and nothing is shipped until a clinician has read it.

- Who decides
- No clinical decision is made at this stage.
Information
If information is missing, the clinician asks for it before deciding. That can add time.
- What you do
- You supply history, medications, and where required, bloodwork.
- What REVRCEL coordinates
- We coordinate the kit or the lab order, and route results to the reviewing clinician. Kits ship the same day and average about two days in transit.
- Who decides
- The ordering clinician, and only that clinician, reads the results.
Independent clinician review
Approval, a request for more information, a different recommendation, or a decline. Declining is a normal outcome.

- You wait. Nothing else is required of you.

- We present the complete file and stay out of the decision.
- Who decides
- An independent licensed clinician decides. Peptide requests are reviewed the same day without a video visit; hormone pathways require a video visit, schedulable the same day with providers in all 50 states.
Written decision and follow-up
Follow-up is scheduled, or the file is closed with an explanation.

- You receive the decision in writing, with the reasoning.

- Where a script is written, we coordinate with the licensed pharmacy; the pharmacy ships within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Who decides
- The clinician sets follow-up, monitoring, and any changes.
