Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate. A consultation is not a guarantee of treatment.

What the visit covers

One call, four directions.

Come with one question or all four. The clinician's job is to tell you what is worth doing — and what is not.

01

Hormone therapy

Testosterone, thyroid, and hormone balance — what your symptoms suggest, what your labs show, and whether therapy is appropriate for you.

02

Bloodwork

Which panel makes sense, how to read what you already have, and what a baseline needs to cover before anything is prescribed.

03

Peptides

Recovery, sleep, metabolic, and longevity peptides — realistic mechanisms, candidacy, and monitoring, without the hype.

04

Getting on a protocol

A sequenced plan with a physician: what to start, what to measure, when to re-test, and how the protocol adapts over time.

Consult timing

Seen the same day your intake lands.

Same dayClinician review

A licensed provider reviews your intake the day you submit it. Review is not approval — a clinician may decline.

Come prepared

What to ask your clinician.

Thirty minutes goes quickly. These are the questions that make the difference between a pleasant call and a clear plan.

Your starting point
  • Which of my symptoms actually point to a hormonal or metabolic cause?
  • What does my existing bloodwork already tell you — and what is missing?
  • Which panel should I run before we decide anything?
The therapy itself
  • Why this therapy over the alternatives for my goal?
  • How is it administered, and how long before I should expect a change?
  • What are the realistic side effects, and what would make you stop it?
Monitoring and cost
  • How often will we re-test, and what markers are we watching?
  • What does the full first year look like — therapy, labs, and follow-ups?
  • What happens if I want to pause or come off the protocol?

Questions

Before you book.

What exactly am I paying $47 for?

A 30-minute synchronous video consultation with a licensed clinician. It is a one-time charge and is not a membership. Laboratory panels, medications, and peptides are priced separately and are only purchased if you and your clinician decide to proceed.

Do I need bloodwork before the consultation?

No. Many patients book the consultation first so the clinician can recommend the right panel. If you already have recent labs, bring them — they will be reviewed during the visit.

Will I be prescribed something on the call?

Only when it is clinically appropriate. A consultation is not a guarantee of treatment. In many cases the first step is baseline bloodwork, with therapy considered once results return.

Which states do you serve?

Consultations are available with clinicians licensed in your state. If no clinician is licensed where you are located, the consultation fee is refunded in full.

What do I need for the visit?

A private space, a phone or computer with a camera, your current medication list, and any recent laboratory results. Your intake form should be completed before the visit begins.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. You can reschedule once at no cost using the link in your confirmation email. Please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
