Start where it matters
What happens, and how fast
Movement, not a waiting room.
A licensed clinician reviews your intake. Review is not approval — a clinician may decline.
Typical elsewhere: a queue before anyone reads your file.
At-Home, CORE and VIP kits ship to your door. Tracking is provided once your kit ships.
Typical elsewhere: days before a kit leaves the warehouse.
Provider review; most peptide requests need no video visit. Approval is never guaranteed.
Typical elsewhere: multi-day review queues.
Hormone pathways require a video visit after intake. Available in most U.S. states. Your state determines the intake format and what a clinician may prescribe.
Typical elsewhere: limited states, booked days out.
Four protocols. One physician-guided system.
Hormone Therapy
Restore the hormonal baseline that quietly slips with age. Physician-directed testosterone optimization — calibrated to your bloodwork, not a template.
Explore →Weight Loss
GLP-1 and dual-agonist protocols prescribed and titrated by a licensed clinician. Compounded to a patient-specific prescription by licensed compounding pharmacies.
Explore →Bloodwork Memberships
We don't prescribe in the dark. Comprehensive panels — read by a licensed clinician — anchor every protocol on this page.
Explore →Peptides
Targeted signaling molecules for cellular repair, recovery, and the long arc of healthspan. Prescription-only. Compounded by licensed pharmacies.

How it works
Four stages, in order.

Request
Your file moves to review. Nothing is prescribed and nothing is shipped until a clinician has read it.
- What you do
- You choose a pathway and complete intake and consents.
- What REVRCEL coordinates
- We record the request and assign a licensed provider.
- Who decides
- No clinical decision is made at this stage.

Information
If information is missing, the clinician asks for it before deciding. That can add time.
- What you do
- You supply history, medications, and where required, bloodwork.
- What REVRCEL coordinates
- We coordinate the kit or the lab order, and route results to the reviewing clinician. Kits ship to your door with tracking.
- Who decides
- The ordering clinician, and only that clinician, reads the results.

Independent clinician review
Approval, a request for more information, a different recommendation, or a decline. Declining is a normal outcome.
- What you do
- You wait. Nothing else is required of you.
- What REVRCEL coordinates
- We present the complete file and stay out of the decision.
- Who decides
- An independent licensed clinician decides. Most pathways start with bloodwork; some (all hormone pathways) require a video visit. Your clinician decides what's needed.

Written decision and follow-up
Follow-up is scheduled, or the file is closed with an explanation.
- What you do
- You receive the decision in writing, with the reasoning.
- What REVRCEL coordinates
- Where a script is written, we coordinate with the licensed pharmacy, which prepares and ships your order.
- Who decides
- The clinician sets follow-up, monitoring, and any changes.
How we compare
The same questions, answered side by side.
| REVRCEL | Typical telehealth | Traditional practice | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consultation | $47 one-time video visit, 30 minutes | Often bundled into a recurring subscription | Office visit plus co-pay, scheduled weeks out |
| Time to a provider | Licensed provider assignment and file review | Typically several days | Typically weeks |
| Bloodwork | Comprehensive biomarkers, at-home kit | Limited panel, often an add-on | Standard panel, lab visit required |
| Who reads your results | The ordering clinician, independently | Varies; often protocol-driven | Your physician, at the follow-up |
| Compounding | Licensed compounding pharmacies | Varies by partner pharmacy | Retail pharmacy dispensing |
| Membership fee | Optional — pathways can be bought outright | Usually required to access care | None, but visits are billed separately |
| If a clinician declines | Written decision, nothing dispensed, no charge for it | Varies by provider | Discussed at the visit |
The two right-hand columns describe common market patterns, not any single named company. Per-company comparisons, with sources, are published on the comparison pages.
50% off your first month.
Apply code PEPTIDE50 at checkout for half off the first month of an eligible peptide or weight-loss protocol. Treatment begins only if a licensed clinician in your state approves it after reviewing your intake.
One use per customer, first order only, 1-month plan only. If a clinician does not approve treatment, you are refunded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

FAQ
Questions before you start
- What happens after I order?
- Your intake is assigned to a licensed provider for review. Bloodwork kits ship to your door with tracking. Nothing is prescribed and nothing ships from the pharmacy until a clinician has reviewed your file.
- Do I need a video visit?
- Most pathways start with bloodwork; some (all hormone pathways) require a video visit. Your clinician decides what's needed. Hormone video visits are scheduled after intake and consents. Available in most U.S. states. Your state determines the intake format and what a clinician may prescribe.
- Who decides whether I am approved?
- An independent licensed clinician decides, and only that clinician. REVRCEL coordinates diagnostics, pharmacy and logistics; it does not make or influence the clinical decision. A clinician may decline, and declining is a normal outcome.
- Do you take insurance?
- No. REVRCEL does not bill insurance. Everything is priced and paid directly, with the amount shown before you check out. No hidden fees. Everything you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
- May be HSA/FSA eligible depending on your plan; itemized receipt provided. Confirm with your administrator before purchasing.
- Is my health information private?
- Your health information stays in the secure patient portal and is never sold or used for advertising.
- What if a clinician declines my request?
- You receive a written decision explaining the outcome. Nothing is dispensed, and you are not charged for a medication that is never prescribed. Where an alternative pathway exists, the decision names it.
Who does what
Three roles. Kept separate on purpose.
REVRCEL coordinates.
We handle intake, logistics, scheduling and records. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or dispense.
An independent licensed clinician decides.
Every clinical decision — whether treatment is appropriate, and what it is — belongs to the reviewing clinician alone.
A licensed pharmacy dispenses.
Medication is compounded and shipped by licensed pharmacies, not by REVRCEL.
