Hormone — Calcium Axis
PTH (Parathyroid Hormone)
PTH governs calcium and bone homeostasis.
Reference range
Adult reference: ~15–65 pg/mL. Functional optimization context only — not a diagnostic assertion. Range varies by lab, age, and sex.
Why it matters
PTH is read alongside calcium and vitamin D when bone health, kidney health, or vitamin D optimization is part of the plan. Elevated PTH with low vitamin D is the classic pattern that resolves with vitamin D repletion.
How REVRCEL clinicians read it
Read against calcium and vitamin D. Treat the underlying pattern.
